Senior Software Engineer (SAP ABAP FPSL)

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (English B2+)
• 8+ years of experience as SAP ABAP Developer (modern ABAP)
• Strong expertise in Object-Oriented ABAP (OO ABAP)
• Experience with SAP HANA, SQLScript, AMDP, CDS Views
• Knowledge of performance optimization and database push-down techniques
• Understanding of financial processes and subledger accounting
• Knowledge of IFRS 9 / IFRS 17 and banking or insurance domain
• Experience with SAP FI (tables, structures, programming)
• Experience in incident management and production support
• Degree in Computer Science / IT or related field

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of SAP FPSL and CVPM
• Experience with SAP Fiori, SAP FAM, SAP BTP
• Experience with BizTalk

• Designing, developing, and maintaining SAP ABAP solutions according to architecture and coding standards
• Developing reporting functionalities using CDS Views and optimizing CDS data models
• Building and executing unit tests and supporting business testing
• Analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents and production issues
• Providing technical support, monitoring, and maintenance
• Preparing technical documentation and supporting system releases and upgrades (SPDD, SPAU, SAP Notes)
• Configuring and maintaining CVPM processes in SAP FPSL
• Implementing and monitoring data flow between SDL and RDL
• Developing high-performance solutions using AMDP and HANA SQLScript (code push-down approach)
• Performing performance tuning and root cause analysis
• Designing and monitoring process chains and background jobs (SM37) for automation
