Medical Information Specialist with German, English and one more additional language

The Safety Operations team plays an important role in delivering end-to-end safety solutions for major pharmaceutical companies worldwide, with multiple international safety hubs.

• Bachelor's Degree in a Life Science.
• Excellent written and verbal skills in German (native/C2), English, and one additional language at minimum C1 level.
• Willingness and aptitude to learn new skills across Lifecycle Safety service lines.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively.

• Provide phone support to healthcare professionals and patients, including receipt and tracking of medical inquiries, adverse events, and product quality complaints.
• Receive and document incoming telephone calls, faxes, or emails from various sources during regular business hours.
• Communicate regularly with local management on project metrics and work challenges.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment with other Lifecycle safety team members.
• Participate in training and working groups for new initiatives and process improvements.
