Quality Manager - SAP Test & Release Management

Our client operates within a structured SAP environment, managing critical business operations through their SAP S/4HANA Cloud platform. They follow ITIL-based practices and maintain rigorous standards for change management and quality assurance. • Proven experience as a Test Manager or Release Manager in SAP environments
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Cloud or SAP S/4HANA
• Experience managing SAP half-yearly releases and coordinating CAB processes
• Strong understanding of ITIL-based change and release management practices
• Structured approach to test planning, defect management, and UAT coordination
• 6-8 years of experience in quality management for delivery
• Excellent communication skills to engage technical teams and business stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and take ownership in fast-paced environments

• Own change governance from intake and impact assessment through to approval and go-live
• Manage the release calendar and coordinate SAP half-yearly releases
• Lead Change Advisory Board meetings and drive change impact reviews
• Oversee go-live coordination and communicate changes to stakeholders
• Evaluate and prioritise change requests based on business and technical impact
• Define and own the overall test strategy for the SAP landscape
• Plan and coordinate regression testing, integration testing, and UAT
• Manage defects through tracking, prioritisation, and resolution follow-up
• Produce test reports and release readiness assessments
• Ensure testing meets required standards before every release
