Senior Product Manager II, Logistics (all genders)

Work with HelloFresh in Warsaw and its HelloTech organisation, HelloFresh’s global technology backbone with more than 1000 people, building the digital products that power the end-to-end food experience. HelloTech creates platforms for meal kits, ready-to-eat meals, pet food, and premium meat & seafood, reaching millions of customers every month via a subscription-based, direct-to-consumer model. Technology supports customer-facing apps, personalization, pricing, forecasting, supply chain optimization, and food waste reduction. Brands operate independently but share platforms, data, and operational excellence built by HelloTech.

• Strong senior/lead level product management experience, preferably in e-commerce, logistics, or food tech.
• Proven track record solving complex operational challenges in large, multi-country environments through product optimization and 0-to-1 innovations.
• Strong analytical expertise combined with business acumen, translating raw data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills capable of distilling complex technical topics for diverse audiences.
• Adaptable, growth-oriented mindset with passion for building simple, scalable, and sustainable solutions.

• Define and execute a clear mid-term vision for logistics network design, execution, and shipping operations, driving significant improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, product managers, and operational stakeholders across global markets.
• Serve as domain SME, mastering complex logistics challenges and ensuring high usability and operational value of product suite.
• Use a data-driven approach with deep-dive analytics to evaluate, measure, and optimize product feature performance.
• Lead end-user testing and change management to ensure smooth feature rollouts across global operations.
• Foster a customer-obsessed culture focused on delivering high-quality delivery experiences to HelloFresh customers.
