ERP Consultant for the Chemicals and Natural Resources Industry

• Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA as a Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, Process Owner, Key User, or Subject Matter Expert.
• Strong expertise in SAP functional areas such as Production Planning (PP), Plant Maintenance/Enterprise Asset Management (PM/EAM), Quality Management (QM), Materials Management (MM), Manufacturing, or Supply Chain Management.
• Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects including configuration, testing, data migration, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Background or experience in Chemicals, Metals, Mining, Forest Products, Building Materials, Energy, Utilities, or other asset-intensive industries with understanding of relevant business processes.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills for collaboration across multinational teams.

Nice to have:

• Deep SAP S/4HANA configuration experience in PP, PM/EAM, QM, MM, Manufacturing Operations, or related Supply Chain modules.
• Advanced or fluent proficiency in German, Spanish, or French.
• Experience delivering large-scale SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA implementation programs in Chemicals or Natural Resources industries.
• Experience with SAP Business AI, Joule, Joule Agents, or other AI capabilities in the SAP ecosystem.
• Experience with SAP Digital Manufacturing, SAP Asset Performance Management, predictive maintenance, or Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Experience with project delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, LeanKit, Planbox, Azure DevOps, or SAP Solution Manager.

• Deliver SAP S/4HANA transformation programs for Chemicals and Natural Resources clients.
• Translate business requirements into SAP S/4HANA solutions across multiple functional areas.
• Design and configure SAP S/4HANA solutions leveraging standard functionality and Fit-to-Standard principles.
• Identify opportunities to leverage SAP Business AI, Joule, and Joule Agents to optimize processes.
• Collaborate within multidisciplinary, globally distributed teams combining industry and SAP expertise.
• Support all phases of SAP S/4HANA implementations including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), data migration, cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare.
• Work flexibly within Accenture’s international consulting model, primarily remotely with onsite collaboration opportunities.
