AI Consultant for the Chemicals and Natural Resources Industry

• Experience with Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Machine Learning or AI-enabled solutions.
• Background or experience in Chemicals and/or Natural Resources industries such as Mining, Metals, Forest Products, Building Materials.
• Ability to translate business challenges into AI, data, and technology solutions.
• Understanding of AI solution components including data, models, applications, integration, and cloud environments.
• Experience collaborating with business and technology stakeholders in multidisciplinary or multinational teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have:

• Experience designing AI or Generative AI solution architectures.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, AI agents, prompt engineering, or enterprise AI platforms.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP and their AI services.
• Knowledge of Python, machine learning frameworks, APIs, data platforms, or modern application architectures.
• Experience deploying AI solutions from prototype to scaled production.
• Knowledge of enterprise platforms and industrial technology landscapes like SAP, ERP, IoT, operational systems, or industrial data platforms.
• Experience with Responsible AI, AI governance, security, or model lifecycle management.
• Advanced or fluent proficiency in German, French, or Spanish.

• Work with clients to identify and shape AI and Generative AI opportunities across value chains.
• Translate business challenges into AI-enabled solutions.
• Contribute to AI solution design and architecture including system integration.
• Work with Generative AI, agentic AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, and AI solution architecture.
• Support AI initiatives from use-case definition through implementation and adoption.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary and globally distributed teams.
• Apply Chemicals and Natural Resources industry knowledge to business and operational areas.
• Contribute to client workshops, proposals, solution demonstrations, and AI capability development.
