CPM/Senior Clinical Project Manager (Oncology), IQVIA Biotech - Oncology

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or related field.<br>- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience including over 1 year of project management.<br>- Advanced knowledge of clinical trial conduct, ICH GCP, and relevant local regulations.<br>- Therapeutic knowledge in areas such as cardiovascular, metabolic, renal, obesity is advantageous.<br>- Experience managing project financials and contracts.<br>- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.<br>- Strong customer service and presentation skills.<br>- Ability to lead teams, make decisions, plan and prioritize tasks.<br>- Results-oriented with learning agility.<br>- Good software and computer skills.<br>- Ability to work across different geographies with cultural awareness.

• Accountable for execution of clinical studies, optimizing speed, quality, and cost while ensuring use of study tools and compliance with processes.<br>- Set objectives and assess performance of the core project team.<br>- Participate or lead bid defense presentations, especially for smaller regional studies.<br>- Develop integrated study management plans.<br>- Collaborate with other functional groups to support milestone achievement and manage study issues.<br>- Monitor progress against contract and report to stakeholders.<br>- Manage risks and lead resolution efforts.<br>- Identify and implement corrective and preventative action plans.<br>- Serve as primary or backup project contact with customers and collaborate with business development.<br>- Build and lead cross-functional project teams.<br>- Ensure financial success and manage project scope changes.<br>- Provide input on project team members’ performance.<br>- Support staff development and mentor less experienced team members.
