M365/Exchange Engineer (3rd line)

Fujitsu Poland Sp. z o.o. operates in the Remote Infrastructure Department, providing technical support and maintenance for enterprise messaging environments based on M365, Azure components, and on-premises software for multiple clients.

• Experience supporting Microsoft Exchange (Exchange Online and/or on-premises environments).
• Working knowledge of PowerShell and ability to understand and modify scripts.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Understanding of identity and access management concepts including MFA, SSO, and Conditional Access.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent relationship-building skills.
• Ability to prioritize work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and IT service management tools is an advantage.
• Passion for learning new technologies and improving services.

• Administration and support of Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Viva Engage.
• Managing Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory), including Single Sign-On, Multi-Factor Authentication, Conditional Access, and identity synchronization.
• Maintenance and support of hybrid and on-premises Exchange environments.
• Implementing service requests, changes, and platform improvements.
• Troubleshooting and resolving incidents while meeting agreed service levels.
• Investigating technical issues and providing effective solutions for enterprise customers.
• Following operational best practices and identifying opportunities to improve processes and services.
• Collaborating with internal teams and customer stakeholders to maintain high-quality service experience.
