Design, build and evolve Ruby on Rails services for a high-load iGaming platform including APIs, payment and wallet flows, real-time game integrations, and back-office tooling.
Utilize AI coding assistants (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) for scaffolding, refactoring, test generation, and code review, ensuring quality of merged code.
Integrate LLM-based features such as fraud and risk signals, player-support automation, content generation, and internal analytics copilots into the product.
Own performance and reliability by profiling hot paths, tuning PostgreSQL queries, designing caching and background-processing strategies, and resolving incidents.
Review code written by humans and AI, mentor mid-level engineers, and help define team standards for responsible AI usage.
Participate in architecture discussions, technical planning, and cross-team initiatives.
