Payment Analyst - German Speaking

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Fluency in English, Polish, and German; additional languages are optional.
• Preferred 1-3 years’ experience or equivalent competencies in pharmaceutical industry/clinical research.
• Preferred previous experience with clinical payment processing.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem resolution skills.
• Working knowledge of PCs, including MS Office suite.

Communication:

• Maintain exemplary customer focus with awareness of Clinical trials Data Privacy Guidance.
• Engage proactively with Business Partners within Pharma/MedTech and other groups.
• Address payment-related inquiries promptly to maintain stakeholder satisfaction.
• Share knowledge and information with business partners about payment processes.
• Escalate concerns timely through appropriate channels.
• Support Payments Team on enhancement opportunities and efficiencies.

Process:

• Prepare startup activities for new studies accurately and timely.
• Perform payment requests on time and accurately as per CTA frequency.
• Track communications and approvals for all payments in appropriate systems.
• Align payment metrics and actions with agreed targets/goals.
• Conduct regular interim and final reconciliations for payments.
• Take ownership of end-to-end payment coordination and execution.
• Maintain audit readiness and ensure compliance.

Technology:

• Support implementation and roll-out of new systems regionally and globally.
• Utilize data quality checks to ensure payment data accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with required trainings and time reporting.
• Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues as necessary.
• Maintain communication tools timely (email distribution, responsiveness, escalations).
