• At least 3 years of experience implementing business processes on the WEBCON platform
• Experience in designing and configuring workflows
• Ability to build business logic and process state models
• Experience with system integrations and business process implementation

• Design and develop workflows for business processes supporting SME, Mortgage, and High Net Worth customer segments
• Create and maintain complex business logic and process state models
• Implement and maintain integrations between systems
• Optimize process performance and event-handling mechanisms
• Work closely with analysts to translate operational processes into system solutions
• Actively contribute to the design and evolution of workflow solution architecture within the organization
