Forward Deployed Engineer

• Experience in software engineering, application development, cloud technologies, data engineering, or platform engineering.
• Experience with Python or another modern programming language.
• Basic understanding of cloud technologies, distributed systems, or modern software architectures.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of modern software development practices and methodologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
• Strong communication skills in English and Polish, both written and spoken.

Nice to have:

• Experience working with cloud platforms or AI-enabled solutions.
• Exposure to solution architecture or enterprise technology transformation projects.
• Experience facilitating workshops, discovery sessions, or technical demonstrations.
• Relevant technical certifications.
• Experience working in international and cross-functional teams.

• Work directly with clients to design, build, and deploy innovative technology solutions.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Prototype, develop, and implement intelligent applications, automation, and digital products.
• Participate in client workshops, discovery sessions, solution demonstrations, and architecture discussions.
• Analyze technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and improve solution effectiveness.
• Collaborate with software engineers, architects, data specialists, and business stakeholders.
• Support clients throughout the full solution lifecycle from ideation to deployment and optimization.
• Explore emerging technologies and help clients adopt new capabilities responsibly.
