Wymagania
- 5+ years of experience in similar roles such as Engineering Manager or Team Leader
- Proven track record in people management and leadership
- Experience with two or more programming languages or significant technical role in software development
- Practical experience with GitLab, Jira, Claude, and ChatGPT
- Master's degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent Polish language skills and English at B2+ level

- Background as a developer or architect
- Experience working in-house for a product development company
- Experience in SaaS product companies
- Experience working in agile environments
- Open-minded with a positive, change-friendly attitude
- Passionate and creative as a modern IT manager

Obowiązki
Lead and support your teams:
- Take ownership of team performance and key results while collaborating with Product Managers
- Monitor team progress, health, and predictability across sprints and projects
- Drive continuous improvement in planning, work, and delivery processes
- Identify and resolve problems, remove impediments, and ensure teams have necessary tools and resources
- Manage hiring budgets, visibility, and team recognition
- Support team culture and team-building activities
- Manage communication channels within teams
Develop and support people:
- Own performance and development of team members
- Provide regular feedback and conduct performance evaluations considering soft skills and technical aspects
- Co-create career paths, set goals, and support achievement
- Encourage continuous development and better results
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and identify training needs
- Manage salaries, absences, expenses, and bonuses
Contribute to IT:
- Represent IT within teams and collaborate with other Engineering Managers
- Contribute to IT strategy and drive departmental improvement initiatives
- Support knowledge sharing across teams
- Support guild activities
