Podsumowanie oferty

This role focuses on generative AI work within the Product Intelligence Platform, including prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, embeddings, scoring, and evaluation. The engineer will develop Python services and pipelines near the AI models, conduct feasibility studies and proofs of concept, and collaborate with product managers and engineers. The position involves transitioning research-shaped problems into production solutions, supporting generative AI governance and tooling.

Wymagania

Solid experience building production backend services in Python with modern frameworks like FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
Practical hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering in production or near-production environments.
Experience with embeddings and vector similarity databases, such as pgvector.
Good understanding of event-driven architectures and Apache Kafka.
Ability to work on ambiguous, research-driven problems, running feasibility studies and proofs of concept.
Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including CI/CD, testing, and code review.
Strong communication skills to navigate ambiguity and translate requirements into implementation plans.

Nice to have:

Experience with LLM observability and evaluation tooling like Langfuse.
Experience working with multi-agent systems.
Familiarity with Java and Spring Boot.
Experience with Kubernetes, specifically Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
Knowledge of the retail or e-commerce domain.
Understanding of data quality and governance principles.
Experience mentoring or upskilling others in applied generative AI or involvement in hiring.
