DWH Analyst

This role is in an international project focused on developing and improving global Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse solutions.

• 2–6 years of experience as a DWH Analyst, Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of business requirements analysis and translating needs into data solutions.
• Practical experience with SQL for data analysis and validation.
• Good understanding of Data Warehouse concepts and architecture.
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and data integration principles.
• Working knowledge of data modeling and database design.
• Experience with analytical datasets and data quality validation.
• Experience with Power BI including reports, dashboards, and semantic models.
• Ability to participate in stakeholder meetings and gather requirements.
• Experience preparing documentation, data mappings, and analytical outputs.
• Capability to independently deliver small to medium analytical tasks.
• Experience working in Agile or similar delivery environments.
• Good communication skills in an international, multicultural environment.
• English language skills at minimum B2 level, preferably C1.
• Master’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.

Nice to have:

• Strong knowledge of Snowflake.
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI and/or Power Apps.
• Practical knowledge of Python.
• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence methods.
• Experience with IT compliance, internal controls, or audits like SOC or SOX.

• Conduct end-to-end business and data analysis from business needs to validating analytical requirements.
• Gather, clarify, and document business, functional, and data requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear analytical specifications, data requirements, and use cases.
• Analyze and profile data to validate processes, identify gaps, and support analytical conclusions.
• Support design and development of Data Warehouse structures, data flows, and analytical datasets.
• Work with ETL/ELT processes and improve data integration and transformation logic.
• Use SQL to analyze, query, validate, and reconcile data.
• Support design of data models ensuring consistency with business requirements.
• Cooperate with development teams on implementing DWH and BI solutions.
• Build and support development of reports, dashboards, and analytical models in Power BI.
• Perform testing and validation of delivered data solutions for quality and compliance.
• Support incident and problem analysis related to data, DWH, and BI.
• Maintain documentation of data logic, mappings, assumptions, and analytical solutions.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement of analytical and DWH practices.
