Senior IT Support Engineer I

• 4+ years of experience in an IT Support role
• Working knowledge of Windows and OSX operating systems
• Working knowledge of Lenovo and Apple hardware
• Knowledge of networking concepts and comprehensive understanding of networking (Network certification a plus)
• Experience with voice and video conferencing solutions (Zoom, RingCentral a plus)
• Ability to lead complex initiatives to scale and transform the business
• Technical certification in desktop operating systems
• Experience leading large, complex enterprise initiatives on a global scale
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish
• Excellent teamwork skills

• PMP certification
• Network certification
• Demonstrated commitment to keeping knowledge and skills up to date

• Troubleshoot and support all IT end user issues including mobile, desktop, audio/video, and peripherals
• Manage procurement, asset, and inventory for all IT hardware and software
• Collaborate cross-departmentally with Facilities, Sales, Engineering, and People Operations
• Manage IT communication between headquarters and remote offices
• Perform system imaging, application configurations, and enforce security policies
• Provide daily onsite office support Monday to Friday
