Wymagania
- Minimum 6 years progressive industry or consulting experience in Energy, Life Sciences, Automotive, High Tech, Resources, or Financial Services.
- Functional and hands-on experience configuring and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 processes for B2B industries.
- Experience delivering global B2B transformation projects.
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI.
- Experience with Business / Operational Transformation projects.
- Proven analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
Nice to have:
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Obowiązki
- Provide design and functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Assess end-to-end Dynamics 365 processes to identify gaps and define standardized target state processes across geographies and business units.
- Define user personas and user journeys.
- Collaborate with client sales and commerce organizations to drive efficient pricing and discounting structures.
- Facilitate leadership and key stakeholder involvement to ensure change readiness.
- Deliver global B2B transformation projects.
