Mid Java GenAI Engineer - Hybrid Warsaw

• At least 5 years of professional Java/J2EE experience.
• Strong background with Spring, Spring MVC, JPA, and Hibernate.
• Practical experience with microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Good database skills across Oracle, MySQL, and/or NoSQL.
• Familiarity with toolsets like Git, Maven, Jenkins, and Artifactory.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI development tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Cline.
• Solid communication skills and a collaborative approach.

• Designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance Java applications and distributed microservices.
• Building secure, reliable REST APIs for both producers and consumers.
• Working with Docker and Kubernetes in a modern containerised environment.
• Managing CI/CD pipelines and monitoring application health and logs.
• Using AI coding assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Cline to speed up development tasks while writing clean, maintainable code.
• Participating in code reviews, troubleshooting, and Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
