DORA IT Analyst Expert

• 5-10 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong subject matter knowledge of DORA, including the main regulation and relevant Regulatory Technical Standards
• Practical experience in Risk Management and IT Compliance
• Knowledge and experience within Business Continuity Management
• Knowledge of Crisis Management and IT Service Continuity Management
• Experience within operational resilience
• Previous professional experience within financial institutions or the banking sector
• Hands-on experience performing regulatory gap assessments
• Experience evaluating organizational adherence to regulatory requirements
• Ability to independently lead and coordinate workshops
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to cooperate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders of different seniority levels

• Analyse and interpret DORA regulatory requirements and relevant Regulatory Technical Standards, translating them into actionable requirements for financial entities
• Perform regulatory gap assessments and evaluate adherence to applicable regulatory requirements
• Support activities related to operational resilience
• Work within areas related to Business Continuity Management, Crisis Management, and IT Service Continuity Management
• Independently prepare, lead, and coordinate workshops with cross-functional teams
• Cooperate with stakeholders across different areas and seniority levels
• Support the alignment of IT and business processes with regulatory requirements
• Contribute senior-level expertise within IT Risk Management and IT Compliance

All Nordea Poland locations applicable. Must be available to work 3 days in office if required.
