Wymagania
- Experience and strong knowledge in digital asset management software systems such as SAP PM/EAM/IAM/MM, IBM Maximo, HxGN (Infor) EAM, IFS EAM and understanding of Asset Management Lifecycle.
- Proven analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Project Management skills including planning, deliverables development, monitoring, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and change request management.
- Experience in Change Management processes including reviewing existing processes, defining future state processes, developing training materials, and delivering training to users.
- Operational experience in the manufacturing sector is highly desirable.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken), knowledge of German or French is appreciated.
Obowiązki
- Work closely with client business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide optimal solutions in Enterprise Asset Management and Plant Maintenance.
- Lead EAM platform solutioning, implementation, and enhancement projects including planning, design, fit/gap analysis, build/configuration, testing, cutover, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other ERP modules.
- Manage Master Data and Governance focused on asset maintenance operations, MRO supply chain, quality assurance, and warehouse management.
- Develop and implement Asset Performance Management (APM) solutions to optimize workflows and maintain asset management best practices.
- Provide client advisory and willingness to work at client locations, mostly across Europe.
