Fullstack Engineer (Java, Kotlin, Vue.js)

We are a joint venture between OBI and Reply Group, responsible for co-designing, building and operating mission-critical digital platforms for commerce, customer service, and omnichannel retail. Our mission is to implement standardized processes and scalable digital products that support one of Europe’s largest DIY retailers, advancing internationalization of products and digital mindset of partners.

• Completed university degree in Computer Science or a comparable technical field.
• 3–5 years of experience in full stack development using Java/Kotlin and Vue.js.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and frontend-backend integration.
• Hands-on experience or exposure to Kafka or similar messaging systems.
• Experience working with PostgreSQL or similar databases.
• Familiarity with AWS, CI/CD, and containerization.
• Strong communication skills in English and Polish, with readiness to work in a hybrid model in Katowice.

• Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and integrations using Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot.
• Build and maintain frontend applications using Vue.js.
• Translate business and product requirements into scalable and maintainable full stack solutions.
• Contribute to event-driven architectures and asynchronous processing using Kafka.
• Support integration of systems within AWS cloud and containerized environments.
• Work with PostgreSQL and design reliable data models.
• Collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams and contribute to code quality, testing, and system reliability.
