Senior Product Designer

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer on commercial digital products.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including variables, auto-layout, components, and design system creation.
• Experience with user research and solution validation beyond visual layers.
• Practical skills in utilizing AI tools daily (e.g., Claude, Figma MCP, AI prototyping tools).
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and guidelines for iOS and Android.
• Understanding of frontend workings and effective collaboration with developers.
• Confidence in client communication and defending design decisions.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2/C1 level.
• A portfolio demonstrating a range of design works.

Nice to have:

• Experience in fintech projects.
• Experience working with clients from Saudi Arabia.

• Conducting product discovery: workshops with clients, research, and user testing.
• Designing UX/UI from wireframes to production-ready views for web and mobile platforms.
• Building and developing design systems in Figma for large teams.
• Rapid prototyping assisted by AI tools to validate ideas before development.
• Close collaboration with developers, project managers, and clients from project start.
• Measuring impact using metrics like conversion rate, churn, and adoption.
