UX Researcher

• Minimum 2 years of experience in conducting usability tests or user research.
• Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Ability to plan, conduct, and analyze usability tests and formulate recommendations.
• Experience collaborating with product, design, or analytical teams.
• Ability to present research results and communicate conclusions to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of user-centered design principles.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Figma.

Nice to have:

• Experience in product research and digital service testing.
• Knowledge of analytical and research tools.
• Experience with usability testing, accessibility research, or A/B testing.
• Knowledge of Service Design and Customer Experience methods.

• Plan and conduct usability tests to validate designed processes and screens with clients.
• Support development teams in evaluating and validating designed solutions.
• Verify compliance of designed solutions with user data and business assumptions before implementation.
• Analyze the effectiveness of implemented solutions based on product data and identify risks and areas for further optimization.
• Develop recommendations for designed UX/UI paths and content based on behavioral data regarding user behavior and needs.
• Create and maintain artifacts supporting digital product development, including user models, process maps, user journeys, and user flows.
