Technical Business Analyst (Embedded / IoT)

RENAU Research, Development and Distribution is a Polish company part of the American RENAU Corporation, holding numerous patents and exclusive rights to technological solutions globally. Located in the Pomeranian Science and Technology Park in Gdynia, they develop dedicated user interfaces (HMI), embedded software, IoT solutions, and hardware-connected products. The team includes software and embedded systems engineers, QA specialists, Product Owners, and technical experts working on the entire product development lifecycle and supporting distribution and partnerships across Europe.

• 2–4 years experience as BA / IT BA / Technical BA / Product Analyst or similar
• Experience working with software development teams
• Experience in embedded, IoT, hardware, HMI, or R&D projects
• Good understanding of software delivery process
• Knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies and Agile delivery processes
• Experience with tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar (required)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills
• Communicative English language skills
• Proactive attitude, ownership, and independence
• Ability to prepare recommendations, variants, and impact analysis rather than just forwarding raw information

• Participate in client meetings to gather, analyze, and clarify requirements
• Translate business and product needs into clear technical user stories and acceptance criteria
• Ensure readiness, structure, and traceability of the backlog
• Support backlog refinement and project preparation for development
• Coordinate follow-ups, action items, dependencies, and status updates
• Prepare meeting summaries, decision notes, and related documentation
• Identify missing information, risks, open questions, and dependencies
• Prepare solution variants, impact analyses, and recommendations to support decision-making
• Facilitate communication between Head of Software Development, developers, QA, clients, and the US team

Due to cooperation with a US team, candidate must be flexible with meeting hours; some meetings may occur after 17:00 Polish time.
