Automotive Industry Analyst / Consultant (German or French speaking)

The Automotive team focuses on transformation initiatives for OEMs and mobility players across Europe involving electrification, connected services, sales and after-sales models, and data-driven operations.

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Excellent English (written and spoken).
• Proficient German (written and spoken).
• 2–3 years' experience in areas such as dealer/importer operations, agency/direct sales transformation, B2B sales and leasing cooperation, automotive financial services, service management, dealer coaching and training, product management (including Software-Defined Vehicle and connected solutions), electromobility, or fleet management.
• Consulting and/or complex project delivery experience is a strong plus.

Bonus points:

• Knowledge of Italian or French.

• Co-create strategies and define operating models modernizing sales, after-sales, and customer experiences for Automotive OEMs.
• Set up, pilot, and scale new programs including agency sales and e-mobility offerings using agile methods.
• Partner with cross-functional teams like Applied Intelligence and Technology Strategy & Advisory to deliver integrated business and technology solutions.

• Willingness and ability to travel to client locations mostly across Europe and beyond is required.
• The work model includes a mix of remote, onsite client, and Accenture office work depending on project needs.
