Senior Fullstack Developer

deepsense.ai Sp. z o.o. is an OpenAI Advanced Partner and Anthropic Service Partner working on AI products including LLMs, MLOps, Edge Solutions, Computer Vision, and Predictive Analytics, collaborating with international AI experts and researchers.

• Strong software engineering fundamentals with proven experience building maintainable backend services and APIs primarily with Python.
• Proficiency in modern frontend development with React and TypeScript.
• Solid SQL skills and experience with relational databases and familiarity with vector or specialized data stores.
• Regular use of Docker, Docker Compose, Git, and understanding of Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and application observability (logs, metrics, traces).
• Practical experience integrating external APIs and services, including AI and LLM components.
• Pragmatic engineering mindset focusing on reliability, security, and performance across the stack.
• Communication skills in English and Polish.

Nice to have:

• Experience with FastAPI, Django, Flask.
• Knowledge of Angular, Node.js, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience with agentic frameworks/tool calling, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), advanced observability stacks (OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Prometheus).

• Build, operate, and maintain complete applications across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and cloud environments, primarily using Python, React, and TypeScript.
• Integrate AI functionalities including model APIs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), streaming, and vector data stores.
• Take ownership of testing, CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes containerization, deployment, and observability (logs, metrics, traces).
• Act as technical contact in client projects for discussing requirements, technical trade-offs, and documentation.
• Adapt flexibly to multiple client projects, codebases, and tech stacks.
