Senior IT Strategy and Operations Consultant

• Minimum 7 years of experience in strategic consulting, IT advisory, IT management, or IT-business interface roles.
• Experience creating and implementing IT strategies aligned with business strategies.
• Practical experience designing IT operating, organizational, process, and governance models.
• Knowledge of digital transformation, IT transformation, IT service delivery, and change management.
• Understanding of Cloud Operating Models, hybrid models, and their organizational, process, competence, governance, and financial impacts.
• Familiarity with IT delivery frameworks and their application in different service delivery models.
• Ability to analyze complex problems, formulate hypotheses, and provide clear, practical recommendations.
• Strong skills in creating clear, engaging PowerPoint presentations, including for executive and senior management audiences.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly present complex business, technological, and organizational concepts.
• Experience conducting workshops, presenting recommendations, and working with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with new technologies and AI-based tools for automation, information analysis, and content preparation in daily work.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Polish and English.
• Adaptability to change and project-based work typical of consulting.

• Collaborate with senior management and IT leaders to define IT strategy aligned with business and organizational goals.
• Design and implement target IT operating models including organizational structure, roles, processes, governance, and sourcing.
• Support clients in designing and transforming Cloud Operating Models and hybrid models.
• Analyze current IT operating models, identify improvement areas, and prepare recommendations.
• Participate in digital transformation, IT transformation, operating model transformation, and organizational IT function transformation projects.
• Analyze and improve IT delivery processes, service management, project portfolio, vendor management, demand, and change management.
• Support clients in defining management models, KPIs, SLAs, reporting mechanisms, and decision-making principles.
• Plan and conduct workshops, moderate discussions, and build consensus among business, IT, and stakeholders.
• Prepare clear and engaging PowerPoint presentations, executive summaries, workshop materials, and recommendations.
• Communicate directly with clients, manage project planning, data analysis, hypothesis formulation, and presentation of results.
• Support the team in offer creation and building new market value propositions.
