AI-first Senior Full-stack (React/Python) Developer

The client is a direct marketplace for mortgages, connecting loan lenders and investors with smarter pricing, automated eligibility, and end-to-end transaction management, transforming an industry that still runs on spreadsheets and email.

• 5+ years building production software with depth in both frontend and backend.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Vue.js and TypeScript.
• Proficiency with React is also acceptable.
• Strong skills in Python and Django, including REST API development.
• Real database skills involving schema design, query performance, and safe migrations.
• Experience working in complex platform companies involving real integrations, data, and scale.
• Strong eye for UI/UX and clear communication skills.

• Daily hands-on work with AI coding agents such as Cursor, Claude Code, and Codex.
• Build AI features within the product, including LLM features, agents, retrieval, and evaluation.
• Build features across the stack using Vue 3 + TypeScript on the frontend and Django + DRF on the backend.
• Evolve core engines including loan pricing and investor eligibility matching.
• Integrate with mortgage ecosystem platforms, due diligence providers, credit and valuation vendors.
• Design data models and background pipelines optimized for growing volume.
• Write tests using tools like pytest, Vitest, and Playwright.
