Senior PAM Business Analyst

• Degree in IT security, computer science, business administration, or a comparable mix of education and practical experience.
• Proven experience in PAM business analysis, solution design, or a comparable senior onboarding-focused role.
• Strong CyberArk background, including onboarding requirements, functional limitations, and integration considerations.
• Ability to translate business and functional needs into secure and technically feasible solutions.
• Experience in defining access models, safe structures, roles, and permissions based on least privilege principles.
• Ability to lead technical workshops and align business, engineering, and operational stakeholders.
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional proficiency in English and Polish.
• Openness to regular visits to the Katowice office (1-2 times a week).

• Coordinate PAM onboardings from initiation to closure, ensuring clear ownership, progress tracking, and timely delivery.
• Gather, structure, and validate information about services, accounts, tools, access patterns, dependencies, and use cases.
• Define onboarding solutions together with engineers and Subject Matter Experts, considering business needs, technical feasibility, security requirements, and CyberArk constraints.
• Lead technical design workshops and align stakeholders on scope, dependencies, design decisions, and implementation approach.
• Apply knowledge of CyberArk requirements, limitations, and integration considerations to develop feasible and supportable solutions.
• Define safe structures, roles, and permissions based on least privilege principles.
• Ensure that formal sign-off, implementation evidence, and onboarding documentation are completed and retained.

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody.
