AI/ML Trainee (Student or Graduate)

Virtusa is launching the AI ​​Labz program—a series of training sessions (both in-person and online) designed to prepare graduates for a career in AI, with the opportunity to join the company upon completion.

• Completion of a Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Computer Science.
• Strong interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, or related fields.
• Programming skills in Python.

• Analyze natural language and quantitative problems to produce Machine Learning based models/solutions.
• Optimize existing machine learning models and solutions.
• Analyze and understand business problem statements in domains including finance and insurance.
• Research and implement solutions involving Deep Learning, Generative AI, Agentic architecture, and fine-tuning small language models.
• Stay updated on AI and ML models and their real-world applicability.
• Implement solutions with explainability and optimized performance.
• Use programming skills in Python.
