Wymagania
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Two to four years of experience developing Power BI reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
- Solid experience with DAX, Power Query, data modelling, and semantic models.
- A good understanding of data visualisation best practices.
- Good SQL skills and experience working with relational databases and structured datasets.
- Ability to analyse data and communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure, or Dataverse.
- Experience working with ERP, CRM, HR, Finance, or resource-planning systems.
- Understanding of data governance principles, KPI development, and reporting standards.
- Knowledge of Python, R, or other analytical tools.
Obowiązki
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, KPI scorecards, and data models.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into effective reporting solutions, meaningful KPIs, and clear data visualisations.
- Connect, transform, and integrate data from multiple sources ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
- Build and optimise DAX measures, Power Query transformations, semantic models, and report performance.
- Monitor and improve data quality, reporting standards, and data governance.
- Analyse business data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
- Support stakeholders through documentation, training, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of BI solutions.
- Collaborate with business teams to define KPIs and identify opportunities for stronger reporting and data-driven decision-making.
