Our Mechanical Engineering team drives innovation from concept through high-volume production for hardware products. The team integrates multiple disciplines including Radio Frequency, Electrical Engineering, and Optics. The lab is equipped with tools for rapid prototyping, testing, and advanced hardware development.
Wymagania
- Proven experience in mechanical design within consumer electronics, IoT, or products with various IP ratings
- Proficiency in CAD and CAE tools, specifically SolidWorks or PTC Creo
- Experience designing plastic parts for injection molding and material selection
- Technical knowledge of mechanical design principles and GD&T per ISO or ASME standards
- Skilled in tolerance stack-up analysis and hardware validation using lab tools
- Strong work ethic with ownership mindset and effective communication of technical risks
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2) in written and spoken form
Obowiązki
- Drive mechanical component development from initial concept to mass production, building CAD models, drawings, and BOMs
- Collaborate with Electrical, Firmware, and Optical engineers for cross-functional hardware integration
- Lead mechanical validation tests including fit, stress, and thermal analysis, supporting design verification
- Apply DFM/DFA principles to optimize designs for performance, cost, and manufacturability
- Lead design reviews, risk assessments, FMEAs, and manage engineering documentation
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to meet quality, cost, and schedule milestones
- Provide field support and lead iterative design improvements throughout product lifecycle
