Software Lead Developer (Python, LangChain, Docker)

• Experience with Pytest for unit and integration testing.
• Understanding of Postgres schema design and query optimization.
• Use of Azureite for Azure Storage emulation.
• Proficiency with Poetry for dependency management.
• Knowledge of Pydantic for data validation.
• Familiarity with OpenTelemetry for distributed tracing and metrics.

Nice to Have:

• Working knowledge of Neo4j graph databases and Cypher queries.
• Experience in designing and automating CI/CD pipelines.

Leadership & Collaboration:

• Lead cross-functional engineering teams with clarity and empathy.
• Coach developers on coding standards, architecture patterns, and best practices.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Software Architecture & System Design:

• Design modular, testable, and scalable backend systems.
• Utilize event-driven architecture, microservices, and API-first design.

Quality & Reliability:

• Advocate for automated testing, observability, and CI/CD best practices.
• Promote a quality-first mindset in code reviews and team processes.
