Stress Engineer - Dynamic Components

Airbus Helicopters Polska Sp. z o.o. is a company specializing in aerospace engineering, focusing on rotorcraft dynamic components stress analysis and development.

• Master's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering.
• Experience in static stress analysis and fatigue & damage tolerance processes, methods, and tools.
• Understanding of certification processes.
• High attention to detail, strong collaboration skills, and commitment to safety and innovation.
• Proficiency in FEA platforms such as Simcenter, HyperWorks, Samcef, and Nastran/Patran.
• Experience in custom methodology development.
• Coding skills considered an advantage.
• Fluency in English (working language).

• Perform detailed static stress analysis and fatigue & damage tolerance assessments on dynamic systems such as helicopter transmissions and rotors.
• Prepare airworthiness justification documents and ensure compliance with regulatory standards like CS-27 and CS-29.
• Support full-scale and component tests and validate simulations by test.
• Optimize and size mechanical solutions for future product development.
• Improve internal methodologies and tools by automating calculation routines using Python to increase efficiency.
