ERP Warehouse Consultant

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain, logistics, engineering, business, information systems, or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in consulting, business transformation, or SAP-enabled warehouse and logistics projects.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse and internal logistics processes.
• Hands-on functional experience with SAP EWM and/or SAP WM, including solution design and configuration.
• Consulting and advisory skills including structured problem solving, workshop facilitation, and communication; excellent written and spoken English.

Nice to have:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation and integration with MM, SD, PP, and/or QM.
• Experience designing warehouse layout, storage strategies, material flows, automation, and equipment.
• Experience defining target warehouse processes, operating models, transformation roadmaps, and 3PL assessments.
• Experience in industrial equipment, manufacturing, or warehouse-intensive industries.
• Exposure to warehouse automation, robotics, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled logistics.
• SAP EWM certification.
• German or French language skills.

• Advise clients on warehouse and internal logistics transformation, assessing current processes and defining future-state capabilities.
• Translate business requirements into SAP EWM / WM solution concepts and perform foundational functional configuration using standard SAP capabilities.
• Design end-to-end warehouse process flows including master data, inventory movements, handling units, warehouse structure, labor, equipment, and integration with supply chain processes.
• Facilitate client workshops and develop process designs, recommendations, implementation priorities, and transformation roadmaps.
• Collaborate across logistics, procurement, manufacturing, sales, and technology teams for effective SAP S/4HANA integration.

Work location includes a mix of remote, onsite at clients, and Accenture offices depending on project needs.
