Mid-Level Cybersecurity Learning Coordinator

Our client is a leading institution in cybersecurity education and risk management, running the CASTLE programme that certifies and accredits approximately 2,500 cybersecurity professionals.

• At least 3 years of experience coordinating training, learning operations, or service delivery in cybersecurity or related risk environments.
• Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders across organizations.
• Experience with process improvement and automation implementation.
• Proficiency with collaboration and learning tools such as SharePoint, Degreed, Workplace, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Highly organized with strong ownership and prioritization skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and data analysis skills.
• Calm, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with cybersecurity certification and accreditation processes.
• Ability to create clear presentations and data visualizations for executive audiences.
• Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Monday.com, or Microsoft Project.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity, technology, and data protection principles.

• Manage day-to-day delivery of CASTLE certification and accreditation services.
• Coordinate activities across multiple vendors and internal teams.
• Maintain visibility of demand, backlog, and delivery pipeline.
• Provide colleague communications with clear guidance and updates.
• Track operational risks, escalate issues, and drive resolutions.
• Engage cybersecurity teams to understand training needs and translate them into actionable requests.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to confirm requirements and resolve delivery blockers.
• Support service planning, including forecasting demand and preparing timelines.
• Collect and organize service data and produce performance reports.
• Identify opportunities for workflow enhancements, automation, and efficiency improvements.
