Manager - Platform Engineering (Cyber Security Projects)

• Minimum eight years in information technology or security engineering, including at least two years in a managerial or team lead role.
• Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise security platform implementations or migrations with ownership of schedule, budget, and stakeholder communication.
• Broad hands-on expertise across security domains such as endpoint, network, email, identity, or cloud security.
• Proficient in structured delivery methods, change and release management, and documentation standards expected by internal audits and external assessors.
• Fluency in Polish and English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Certified ScrumMaster, CISSP, or CISM.
• Experience with post-merger security integration, vendor and contract management.
• Experience with automation of deployment and reporting through infrastructure as code.

Leadership and Management:

• Lead a distributed team of project and platform engineers, including work allocation, resource planning, performance feedback, and technical development.

Project Delivery:

• Own end-to-end delivery of security platform projects from requirements, design, build, testing, cutover, to formal handover.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, dependencies, and risk across concurrent initiatives, reporting status to security leadership.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, network, identity, application, and vendor teams for safe sequencing of changes and design approvals.
• Drive security platform integration for acquisitions and divestitures, including discovery, control mapping, migration planning, and decommissioning redundant tooling.

Operations and Support:

• Operate assigned security platforms as a service, including capacity planning, patching, upgrades, health monitoring, and vendor case management.
• Automate repetitive configuration and operational tasks, and treat platform configuration as code wherever supported.
• Support incident response and forensic investigations with platform expertise, evidence provision, and containment actions.
• Maintain runbooks, architecture diagrams, and control documentation to audit and assessment standards.
• Participate in on-call rotations and scheduled change windows, including occasional outside standard business hours.
