Senior C/C++

Makeitright Sp. z o.o. is recruiting for a Senior C/C++ Software Engineer for a project in the banking sector supporting credit risk assessment, scoring, and credit recommendation processes.

• Very good knowledge of programming languages C and C++.
• Strong debugging and problem diagnosis skills.
• Good understanding of data mapping, code flow, and XML.
• Knowledge of unit, component, integration, and system testing.
• Strong knowledge of design patterns, object-oriented programming (OOP), and SOLID principles.
• Practical experience with Visual Studio environment.
• Experience building packages and creating executable .exe files.
• Ability to work with GitHub Copilot.
• Readiness to work in Agile/Scrum methodology.

• Designing, developing, and maintaining microservices in C and C++.
• Creating and developing APIs and computation engines supporting credit risk assessment and scoring processes.
• Implementing solutions compliant with regulations related to credit scoring and recommendations in different countries.
• Developing mechanisms to handle complex business processes and integrations with credit information bureaus.
• Participating in the full software lifecycle: requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborating with business analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Working in an Agile/Scrum team.
• Using GitHub Copilot to support software development.

Work location is hybrid with approximately 75% remote work; offices located in Warszawa or Łódź.
