• 3+ years technical QA/test automation experience including production API testing
• Proficient in Python including writing/maintaining tests with pytest and fixtures
• Strong knowledge of HTTP/API fundamentals: REST, JSON, status codes, headers, authentication tokens
• Experience with consumer-driven contract testing using Pact
• Security-aware API testing including auth boundaries and malformed input
• Ability to handle non-deterministic outputs and assert on properties/contracts
• Experience evaluating LLM outputs with datasets, golden sets, and regression detection
• Prompt engineering skills including modifying prompts and recognizing hallucinations and prompt injection
• Backend knowledge: HTTP/REST, JSON, tokens, logs, database queries
• Daily experience with Postman and Swagger/OpenAPI
• Familiarity with Git and team workflow
• Experience with TestRail test-case management
• Context in mobile product testing for Android/iOS apps and release management

Nice to have:

• Experience with Langfuse or equivalent tracing and evaluation tools
• Knowledge of LangGraph test agents as state graphs
• CI/CD pipeline experience for evaluations and PR quality gates
• Python with Appium for mobile automation

• Own quality assurance for LLM agents and backend APIs of an AI coaching platform
• Build evaluation practice including golden sets, quality metrics, and regression detection for the AI side
• Develop API test suites and consumer-driven contract testing with Pact
• Localize errors to model, service code, or input data
• Test AI core Python service with LangGraph agents
• Test Backend APIs including a NestJS REST gateway behind Auth0
• Test mobile app features (React Native) on iOS and Android stores
