Wymagania

At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within financial services or banking.
Expertise in data analysis and visualization using Spark, Scala, Hadoop, and related platforms.
Understanding of cloud platforms.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to work independently, solve problems, and take ownership of projects.
Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings, with strong analytical and logical thinking.

Nice to have:

Knowledge of HDFS filesystems, Unix environments, and Quantexa software.
Experience with financial data systems and regulatory requirements.
Certifications in data analysis or project management.

Obowiązki

Collaborate with business and technology teams to translate requirements into functional and data solutions, using existing platform features or requesting new ones when needed.
Explain practical solutions to stakeholders and foster clear communication and alignment.
Work with solution architects to turn functional insights into technical specifications, including data quality assessments and coverage analyses.
Document requirements, including business challenges, benefits, solutions, and expected outcomes.
Conduct or oversee testing, coordinate with testing teams, and obtain formal sign-off.
Support deployment and address post-implementation queries.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation and validate deliverables before sharing.
Adapt working hours to align with global teams across time zones.
