Test web-based SaaS features, including real-time voice calls and AI/LLM outputs. The role covers functional, exploratory and regression testing of applications using React, Next.js and REST APIs.

Wymagania

At least 3 years of experience in manual and exploratory software QA, including independently assessing product behaviour, investigating defects and testing beyond predefined test scripts.
Experience testing web applications built with modern technologies such as React, Next.js and REST APIs, with an understanding of backend services and databases such as PostgreSQL.
Practical experience in cross-browser testing across desktop and mobile browsers, including responsive interfaces and real-time audio functionality.
Daily use of AI tools in QA workflows and experience evaluating AI/LLM-based features, including response consistency, hallucinations, edge cases, unusual inputs and nondeterministic outputs.
Fluent spoken and written English.
Familiarity with unit testing frameworks such as Vitest or Jest, API testing tools such as Postman, and browser automation tools such as Playwright or Cypress.
Access to a quiet environment suitable for live voice calls and testing browser-based voice AI functionality.

Nice to have:

Experience with Playwright or Cypress.
Experience testing real-time voice or video features, such as WebRTC, voice assistants or calling apps.
Experience testing LLM-based features, including consistency, hallucinations, unusual inputs and evaluation sets.
API testing experience with Postman or similar tools.
Experience with web-based SaaS products, preferably B2B platforms in sales or recruitment.
Familiarity with TypeScript, JavaScript, Google Cloud Run, Docker, Jira, GitHub or Slack.

Obowiązki

Test features and fixes on staging: functional, exploratory and cross-browser.
Run regression tests before each weekly release and a short smoke test afterwards.
Test voice calls end to end, from microphone check to the resulting report.
Check the accuracy and consistency of AI output and build small repeatable evaluation sets.
Write clear bug reports in English with steps, expected and actual results, and a screenshot or recording.
Maintain regression checklists and gradually automate stable paths.
