Software Engineer

• Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate, and RESTful services.
• Knowledge of relational databases: DB2 and PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of software debugging tools.
• Good understanding of object-oriented and concurrent programming.
• Solid experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Familiarity with design patterns, code quality, and unit testing.
• Three years of experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of Polish and English.

Nice to have:

• Experience developing with Docker or Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with production deployment and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of event streaming, CQRS, and Kafka.

Analysis & Documentation:

• Gather information from existing systems and analyze program and time requirements.
• Prepare technical documentation to guide development and coding.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure coded programs adhere to industry standards and technical specifications.

Technical Delivery:

• Conduct technical analysis and take ownership of component delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

Project Participation:

• Participate in requirements analysis and system design reviews.
• Contribute to implementation, daily stand-ups, and peer code reviews.
• Perform integration testing and support internal and external testing phases.

Production & Launch Support:

• Support production launches and maintain production systems to ensure stability.

• Provide hotline on-call support when required for business-critical issues and urgent demands.
