Working knowledge of sovereign cloud, including data residency, GDPR, NIS2, DORA, European providers (OVHcloud, STACKIT, Scaleway, IONOS) and OpenStack.
Experience with portable Kubernetes across clouds and on-premises (Rancher, Cluster API, k3s), service mesh (Cilium, Istio) and policy as code (OPA, Kyverno).
Platform engineering experience with Backstage or Crossplane, and multi-cloud/hybrid designs that minimize vendor lock-in.
Windows automation with Ansible (WinRM, PowerShell DSC); pre-sales and estimation experience.
