Podsumowanie oferty

Support client onboarding and KYC for a Corporate and Institutional Banking client by analyzing requirements and helping deliver onboarding and KYC renewal applications. The role includes facilitating data integrations and working with global stakeholders to improve banking operations.

Wymagania

5+ years of experience in customer onboarding, KYC processes, and CDD requirements within financial services.
Experience analyzing complex processes and documenting user stories, functional requirements, and non-functional requirements.
Experience working on global projects with diverse stakeholders and teams.
Knowledge of data integration development in customer onboarding scenarios.
Excellent command of professional English for communication, presentation, and documentation.
Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
Ability to work closely with software engineers and in manual testing environments.

Nice to have:

Knowledge of development best practices and Agile methodologies.

Obowiązki

Analyze, evaluate, and document OBKYC requirements with CIB Client Services and Client Lifecycle Management.
Manage the implementation of OBKYC solutions, including onboarding and KYC renewal application forms, and facilitate data integrations across multiple systems.
Document business processes and IT workflows to support development and enhancement initiatives.
Engage with stakeholders and provide support and advice on onboarding and KYC solution and product queries.
Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize work and deliver technical solutions aligned with global business needs.
Identify potential risks, report issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
Contribute to the team environment and mentor junior BA or engineering members.
Foster cross-region collaboration.
