Podsumowanie oferty

Guide technical design and delivery for a cybersecurity engineering squad, building Python-based microservices, integrations, and APIs for cybersecurity assessment, testing, and vulnerability management. Help introduce AI-assisted engineering and AI-enabled features for detection, prioritisation, and automation.

Wymagania

Strong Python engineering expertise; preferably with FastAPI, with Flask or Django also welcome.
Proven experience delivering production-grade REST APIs and integrations.
Solid background in microservices and distributed systems design.
Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, Linux administration, and network fundamentals (TCP/IP).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions) and test automation.
Excellent Git fluency and knowledge of branching strategies.
Strong SQL skills and database interaction experience.
Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, make engineering decisions, and uphold coding standards.
Hands-on experience with AI-enabled software, such as ML/NLP, LLM-based tools, or applied AI workflows.
Clear and structured communication across technical and non-technical teams.

Nice to have:

Cybersecurity engineering experience, including SAST/DAST integration, threat detection, and penetration-testing concepts.
Cloud delivery experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, and infrastructure as code (Terraform).
Exposure to monitoring tools such as Prometheus and service meshes.
Front-end experience with React or JavaScript frameworks.
Familiarity with Kafka, RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, and MongoDB.

Obowiązki

Lead technical delivery and architecture for engineering squads, guiding engineers, unblocking them, and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Design and build microservice-based services, REST APIs, and integrations for cybersecurity use cases.
Drive DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, observability, documentation, and service reliability.
Implement and coach secure-by-design development approaches, ensuring compliance and resilience.
Build and optimise automation, pipelines, and container deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
Develop AI-powered components and workflows for security operations, including triage, summarisation, and anomaly detection.
Promote responsible adoption of AI coding tools and automation within development teams.
Mentor engineers through code reviews, pairing, and design sessions while maintaining hands-on coding responsibilities.
