You will analyze requirements and design system and integration solutions, including AI-powered workflows, agents, and RAG-based solutions. You will collaborate with development teams, work hands-on with code and repositories, and mentor other analysts, using UML, BPMN, REST, Kafka, SQL, and Git.

Wymagania

At least 5 years of experience in systems analysis and IT solution design.
Strong understanding of microservices architecture, REST APIs, and event-driven architecture (Kafka/RabbitMQ).
Ability to model business processes and technical solutions using UML, BPMN, and domain models.
Proven ability to design integrations and data exchange mechanisms between systems.
Proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
Advanced knowledge of Git and experience working with GitFlow.
Practical experience with VS Code, GitHub Copilot (Agent Mode), and AI tools in everyday development workflows.
Hands-on involvement in building and deploying AI agents and custom AI solutions.
Strong prompt engineering skills, including prompt creation and AI workflow design.
Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, MCP, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar technologies.
Understanding of AI Factory / GenAI Factory concepts and their application in enterprise environments.
Practical knowledge of RAG, vector databases, MCP, and process automation.
Ability to read, understand, and work with code (Python, C#, Java, or another programming language) to analyze and define technical solutions.
Good command of both Polish and English, spoken and written.

Nice to have:

Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Background in the financial sector.

Obowiązki

Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into system solutions.
Design system architecture and define how systems and their components interact.
Develop process, domain, and data flow models to support solution design.
Define system integration approaches, data exchange mechanisms, and communication between services.
Create and interpret UML and BPMN diagrams to support system design and documentation.
Maintain and update technical documentation and models supporting the software development process.
Collaborate with development teams and other stakeholders to refine and implement technical solutions.
Use AI tools to support analysis, solution design, and day-to-day technical work.
Design AI-powered workflows and solutions, including AI agents and process automation mechanisms.
Analyze opportunities to apply GenAI solutions within existing processes and systems.
Support the design of solutions based on RAG, AI agents, and integrations with external data sources and services.
Work hands-on with code and repositories, using GitHub Copilot, AI agents, and automation.
Share expertise and mentor other analysts.
