Wymagania

End-to-end responsibility for topics, from analysis through production and operations.
Self-driven approach to taking ownership, finding answers independently, and moving topics forward without detailed instructions.
Strong communication skills, including keeping the team informed, raising questions early, flagging risks, and working remotely with colleagues across several countries.
Fluency in Polish and very good communication in English.

Nice to have:

Commercial experience with Scala and Play Framework, or with another functional language.
Frontend experience; a full-stack profile is a good fit for the team.
Experience with TypeScript or Python for AWS Lambda.
