Podsumowanie oferty

Join the Backoffice Reports team to develop the backend for analytics reports used by operations teams. The role focuses on async Python, ClickHouse analytics and report APIs using REST and GraphQL.

Wymagania

3+ years of commercial development in Python.
Confident with asyncio, async/await, concurrency and async I/O clients.
Experience with Pydantic v2 models, validation, serialization and type hints.
Strong SQL skills, including complex SELECT statements with JOINs, subqueries and CTEs (WITH); multi-dimensional GROUP BY and conditional aggregation (SUM / COUNT); window functions; and understanding analytical query scalability and performance.
Experience with a columnar / OLAP database; ClickHouse preferred. Vertica, Exasol, BigQuery, Redshift and Snowflake are a plus.
Experience building REST APIs in an async framework such as Sanic, aiohttp, FastAPI or Starlette.
Understanding of message brokers (RabbitMQ and/or Kafka) and RPC over queues.
Experience with Git, Docker and writing tests with pytest.
Ability to understand business metrics such as GGR, stake, payout and margin, and turn them into correct queries.

Nice to have:

Hands-on ClickHouse experience with MergeTree family engines, FINAL, PREWHERE, dictionaries (dictGet), -If combinators, ARRAY JOIN, WITH TOTALS, quantiles and uniq / uniqExact.
Jinja2 or other SQL templating / query builders.
Pandas for data post-processing and exports.
MongoDB.
GraphQL.
Domain knowledge of sports betting, iGaming, fintech or ad-tech analytics.
Prometheus / Grafana / ELK for monitoring and troubleshooting.
Monorepo tooling (Pants, Poetry, uv) and Nix.
