Wymagania

7 years overall technical experience with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow SPM.
Experience implementing the SPM module, REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, Document Management, App Engine, Dashboards, Platform Analytics, Playbooks, and workspaces.
ServiceNow Certified: CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM.

Nice to have:

Familiarity with Agile project methodologies.
Experience in advanced troubleshooting of ServiceNow integrations.

Review and validate development activities, ensuring code quality and compliance with approved technical designs.
