Senior Manager Artificial Intelligence

Link Group is seeking an experienced Senior AI Manager with at least 10 years in Data Science and Machine Learning, combining strong technical AI/ML knowledge with business development and go-to-market strategy expertise.

• Higher education in computer science, engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning, including strategic or business roles.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning techniques, deep learning, and generative AI.
• Documented experience in creating and executing go-to-market strategies for AI products or services.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
• Familiarity with cloud environments like Azure and AWS.
• Excellent analytical and strategic skills, capable of translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across organizational levels.
• Innovation mindset and active tracking of the latest AI trends.

• Lead business activities to identify and acquire new AI and Machine Learning opportunities.
• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for AI solutions in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
• Collaborate with business partners and clients to understand needs and effectively position AI offerings.
• Participate in RFP processes and prepare proposals demonstrating AI solution value and capabilities.
• Serve as an advisor to clients, providing expert knowledge and recommendations on AI implementations.
• Work with technical teams to ensure alignment between business goals and developed solutions.
